Welcome to ChorePlanner. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Using ChorePlanner
ChorePlanner is a chore scheduling tool for families. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Be at least 18 years old to create an account
Free Trial
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue generating schedules.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through the Subscriptions page.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the chore plans and schedules you create. We do not claim any rights to your content. However, you grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the service.
Service Availability
We strive to keep ChorePlanner available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Termination
You can stop using ChorePlanner at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive purposes.
Limitation of Liability
ChorePlanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes at the email address you provided when you signed up for the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
